Welcome to Haya Coaching ("Platform", "Website", or "Service"), operated by Cosmo Fame Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Cosmo Fame Limited regarding your access to and use of haya-coaching.com and any related features, software, squad builder utilities, and match simulation tools.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Haya Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or continuing to browse and interact with our website, you confirm your unreserved acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments posted herein. We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time in accordance with operational, regulatory, or legal requirements.

Eligibility

Access to and participation on Haya Coaching is strictly subject to the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using our services.
• You must possess full legal capacity and authority to enter into these binding Terms.
• You must ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and statutes in your jurisdiction of residence.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 years of age will be suspended and deleted immediately without notice.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, including custom squad building, league participation, and simulation analytics, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account details to keep them accurate and complete.
• Maintain only ONE account per individual user. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
• Safeguard your login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@haya-coaching.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account security.

Platform Usage

Haya Coaching is an interactive fantasy sports coaching and recreational simulation platform designed exclusively for entertainment, strategic gaming, and analytical enjoyment.

• Entertainment Purpose Only: The Platform does NOT offer real-money gambling, sports betting, bookmaking, or any form of wagering on real-world athletic fixtures or events.
• No Monetary Payouts: No cash prizes, monetary rewards, dividends, or assets with real-world monetary value can be won, earned, or redeemed through participation on the Platform.
• Recreational Nature: All points, leaderboards, trophies, badges, and league rankings are virtual metrics generated solely for personal amusement and friendly peer comparison.

Scoring and Results

Fantasy points, squad ratings, team performances, and match simulation outcomes on Haya Coaching are computed using proprietary statistical models that rely entirely on publicly available sports performance data.

• All player values, match events, and point allocations are calculated based on mathematical formulations applied to public data sources.
• While we strive to ensure timely and reliable statistical updates, we make no representation or warranty regarding the absolute real-time accuracy, infallibility, or uninterrupted availability of live statistical feeds.
• Post-match stat corrections published by official sports governing bodies may periodically result in retrospective adjustments to fantasy scores. All administrative calculations made by Haya Coaching are final and conclusive for platform standings.

Subscription Plans

Haya Coaching offers both free access and optional paid subscription tiers providing enhanced analytical and coaching features:

• Free Tier (GBP 0): Provides access to standard squad building, core statistical overviews, public league participation, and basic match simulations.
• Pro Tier (GBP 9.00 / month): Includes advanced statistical breakdowns, private custom league creation, prioritized squad builder tools, and enhanced match simulation scenarios.
• Elite Tier (GBP 24.00 / month): Includes comprehensive tactical depth models, unlimited match simulation runs, predictive squad analytics, custom tournament creation, and priority technical assistance.

Billing and Payment Terms

All subscription fees are denominated and billed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) inclusive of applicable taxes. Paid plans operate on a recurring monthly billing cycle. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize our designated payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing interval.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier. Subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable, except where required by statutory consumer protection laws in England and Wales.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, user interface designs, visual layouts, graphics, trademarks, logos, texts, proprietary algorithms, and simulation engines featured on Haya Coaching are the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmo Fame Limited or its licensors, protected under UK and international copyright and trademark laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain fair play and an enjoyable environment for all members, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, syndicating rosters across accounts, or colluding to artificially manipulate fantasy league rankings.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, data-mining tools, or software to extract data or interact automatically with the Platform.
• Exploiting, testing, or attempting to breach software bugs, vulnerabilities, or security weaknesses instead of promptly reporting them to our technical team.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to server infrastructure, user databases, or other computer systems connected to the Platform.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, malware, spyware, or malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or compromise the Service.
• Engaging in harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or threatening behaviour towards other users or our staff.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in the United Kingdom:

• The Platform, its content, tools, and simulation outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
• Cosmo Fame Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Cosmo Fame Limited in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £50.00 (fifty British Pounds), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cosmo Fame Limited, its officers, directors, contractors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek an informal, good-faith resolution by contacting support@haya-coaching.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice, both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be published directly on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued access to or use of Haya Coaching after any modifications take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must terminate your account and cease using the Service.
